Happy, Happy Father’s Day

Happiest Father’s Day! I am lucky to spend Father’s Day with my dad this year. It is so important to spend time with those you love.

Today’s post is about giving the gift of health. The most important thing we own is our health. Nothing else matters if we are in pain or suffering from illness. Going from doctor to doctor looking for answers is frustrating and expensive. Be your own health advocate and find answers.

Here are some of my favorite books (and many, many more @ Barbara’s Book Shelf )

Brain Health: Dr. Dale Bredesen The End of Alzhiemer’s Program

Heart Health: Drs. Amy Doneen and Brad Bale Beat the Heart Attack Gene

Diabetes: Dr Satchin Panda The Circadian Diabetes Code

Healing: Dr. Frank Shallenberger The Ozone Miracle

Oral Health/Gut Health: Cass Nelson-Dooley Heal Your Oral Microbiome

Gut Health: Dr Robynne Chutkan The Microbiome Solution

Sleep: Dr. Mark Burhenne The Sleep Pardox

Acid Reflux: Dr Jamie Koufman The Chronic Cough Enigma

Biological Dental Care: Dr Dominik Nischwitz It’s All in Your Mouth

Nutrition: Dr Steven Lin The Dental Diet

Nutrition, Heart and Bone Health: Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleu Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox

Health: Dr Uche Odiatu The Miracle of Health

Life: Jenny Blake Pivot

So many books, so little time. I hope there is a new one for your bookshelf and night stand!

and more books

All the best this wonderful, beautiful day. Hope you get to spend time with the man in your life this Father’s Day.

Much love,

Barbara Tritz
